Our office spent the afternoon with Kim and her staff. Everyone had a wonderful time and even stepped outside their comfort zone when being around the horses. This was a great way to spend time with colleagues and learn more about them. Kim and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Horse Empower!!
Our office staff spent a half day doing team building and reflection exercises with Kim, Lo-lo, and their horses. It was a phenomenal experience and resulted in a lot of great conversations and innovative ideas. The horses were incredibly friendly and gentle, and the space was a great environment to open up to one another surrounded by beautiful and inspiring horses! Thanks Kim!!

My journey to learn how to ride a horse was met with Kim’s kind and professional guidance. Kim has taught me as much about myself as she has about the horse. I love how she balances my goals and interests in each lesson, allowing me to learn at my own pace. She’s a wealth of information, yet so humble and patient. This has been a great experience!

Our office spent a day of team building with Kim and her staff. It was extremely beneficial as we learned about personality traits and how we can better communicate with our patients and our staff. It’s a great venue and her workshops are not only informative but a lot of fun!
This company is true to their mission. Growth and leadership were facilitated through Kim and the horses. I heard giggles from a student that rarely smiles, I saw a leader emerge from the quiet girl in the back of the room and bonds form between students that have been in the same room all year, and never really connected. I highly recommend this experience!
The Boys and Girls Club of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe is absolutely THRILLED to partner with Horse Empower! The program is amazing and our staff has learned so much during the equine sessions with Kim. Horse Empower has provided our staff with tools which helps them create the best possible groups, with great chemistry, structure and most importantly fun! Working with the horses directly gave us the hands-on experience which has helped our staff take the most possible from the program to implement in our programming at the Boys & Girls Club of the Southern Ute Indian Tribe.
